Almost a year ago, I wrote a review that was not great and I was very unhappy because of a few things. I wanted to come back and say that when you are heard, someone takes the time and effort to reach out, hear you and then actually takes steps to improve, it really means a lot. I decided to give it a second chance when they introduced the reward program they use today I couldn’t be happier. They have super fast payouts…Mine have never taken longer than 2 hours. Most times within an hour. Awesome place to play! Thank you

The Lucky Red Personal Hosts are Phenomenal! They always help with anything I need and with the best attitudes. I can’t say enough how great the team is!! I like the VIP chips. I wish there were more free tournaments or free spin offers but Lucky Red has the best games and most professional online casino. I play on about 10, this is my favorite.
