Great service and tons of fun

Deposited funds. Funds didn't appear in my account. Notified Wild.io via there support chat. Contacted them m ultiple times. No updates or information provided on the issue. 48hr later. I'd recommend a different platform. I've had a similar issue on betpanda and they fixed it immediately. Update: I have heard back from them and they are saying my funds are lost because it was sent on the base network 😑 however on the blockchain it shows delivered to their address successfully. Regardless of network the funds are in there wallet they control. I had this issue with betpanda and it was fixed immediately and credited to my account. For those reasons I would not recommend wild.io - other platforms have way better customer service. They definitely have access to the base wallet. They even sent me the screenshot of where they see the funds.

I have gambled with them for years I have never done a withdrawal. Today I got a bonus completed my play thru to find out they have 2 playthrus. The second one is the same amount as the first, but you have no idea when it's complete. Then my bonus is capped at 300 for a withdrawal. I am now trying to play thru an amount I don't know when I will meet it all for 300 when I've spent over 10000. I will be cancelling my account. Not to mention they call me like 3/4 times a day. I'm a vip but I'd rather find a new casino
